Special Occasions - Lunch or Tea

The time of day is important when planning food for a special occasions, such as a christening or a funeral. If the service is between 11.30 and 2pm then you will need to provide a lunch that will sustain people on a journey back. For a service after 2pm and up to 4.30 a tea is the lighter option.
Several options are shown below, which are totally interchangeable to suit your needs.
